Large Venue Draping
This installation covered 21 x 18m of clear span, requiring a full black out ceiling engineered within string weight limitations.
Not all ceiling drape is decorative - in large venues it often serves a technical and practical purpose.
Would team is IPAF certificated and rigging competent, allowing us to work safely in complex environments. We have often worked in a scrum of workers setting up busy events.
For venues with a capacity of 400 guests and above, ceiling drapes can completely change the scale and atmosphere of the space.
Ceiling Drapes in Listed Buildings
Some buildings don’t fixings to walls or ceilings, particularly listed or modern buildings where attachment points are limited.
Using our free standing canopy system we can create a striking ceiling drape installation without the need for fixings. A central tower acts as a feature on its own.
This approach allows full transformation while remaining respectful to the venue.
Permanent Ceiling Drapes
We don’t just do events, many venues benefit from permanent ceiling draping as a long term solution.
Permanent drapes reduce harsh “bouncy” acoustics and helps insulate cold spaces such as warehouses and large halls.All drapes are fully flame retardant and resistant to damp and mould.
For public venues this creates a a practical solution that also becomes a strong visual talking point.
Bespoke Ceiling Drape
Some projects are more complex than others. This installation was a waving ceiling drape at festival of speed for Jaguar Land Rover.
Using concealed fans built into the wall, the ceiling fabric moved in a controlled wave from front to back, creating a constantly changing visual effect.
The project involved sewing over 2km of material, with integrated weighted lining to control movement and shape.

Themed Event Draping
Themed events are especially popular at Christmas and corporate celebrations From black and white Gatsby, a Victorian circus or winter wonderland, ceiling draping plays a major role in setting the atmosphere.
Our draping solutions do the heavy lifting, creating immersive environments that support lighting, decor and overall event styling.

Wedding Drapes
Every wedding venue is different, and no two briefs are the same. From subtle draping to conceal specific areas, through to full venue transformations using high quality opaque fabrics, each installation is tailored to the space and the couple.

We provide a clear itemised proposal that is totally editable and has different options to suit your budget. Ahead of the date of the event we provide all relevant docs, insurance, fire certificates and so on. This is generally required by venues.
